Target collects wins and podiums in Vallelunga's Lamborghini World Finals

It was a week-long weekend for Target Racing in the traditional Lamborghini World Finals which were held in Vallelunga and involved teams and drivers over seven intense days, with the closing run on Sunday, November 18th. The Italian squad delivered outstanding performances in the three categories in which they took part in.

In the World Final Pro + Pro-Am, Simon Larsson and Dennis Lind were forced to retire in race 1, but rebounded well in the second race, winning the Pro-Am classification and finishing fifth overall for the joy of the Ravenna-based team.

Pro drivers Victor Shaitar and Timur Boguslavskiy performed well. In the first race, they took fifth place and in the second they crossed the finish line in eighth place.

In Europe Final Pro + Pro-Am, Shaitar-Boguslaviskiy put up a great showing to end up sixth overall in race 1 before climbing on the third step of the podium in race 2 to further confirm the great work done by Roberto Venieri's team. Larsson and Lind finished race 1 in the tenth position and had to retire in the second race.

In the AM class, Raffaele Giannoni celebrated for a great third place but had to stop earlier than expected in the second race. The event ended a fantastic 2018 season for the Target team, which starred in all three classes of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo and in the International GT Open.
