The final day of World Series Renault testing at Barcelona rounded out the longest weekend of the season which started last Friday, with free practice for the final event of the season at the Catalan racetrack. The action continued for BVM Targe with a collective test through Wednesday, October 24. After the great performance put together on Tuesday, Tamas Pal Kiss went on-track only in the morning session of the final day scoring the 11th fastest laptime in just 16 laps (1'29"727). The main news was the arrival of Italian youngster Ignazio D'Agosto, who entered this season's Eurocup F.Renault.
The deal with the Bari-based driver was reached on Tuesday and he landed at Barcelona at 11 PM. On Wednesday, he got a seat fitting and went on-track In the AM session, he logged 45 laps with a best mark of 1'31"997. In the afternoon, with a slower racetrack for everybody, he turned 20 laps with the best one in in 1'32"059.
Once again, BVM Target was proud to bring on-track an Italian talent after fielding Giovanni Venturini, Daniel Zampieri, Davide Rigon and Niccolò Schirò over the season.
