After announcing 15-year-old Mexican Raul Guzman Marchina, Malta Formula Racing is delighted to announce the team's second driver for this season's Italian F.4 Championship by Abarth, Kevin Kanayet. The Colombian is also the second rookie to join the Italian squad directed by Danilo Rossi and Marco Ubaldi under technical supervision of Roberto Venieri.

A 16-year-old of Croatian origins, Kanayet is one of the youngest prospect from the Campos Academy. He had made it to the program led by Adrian Campos at the start of 2015 after test driving an Euroformula Open car for the Spanish operation.

Kanayet has enjoyed a successful karting career, with two DPK titles, a championship in the 2013 Easy Kart and a third place in the Rotax Max Challenge two years ago. He will enter a full season starting with the 2015 opener scheduled on May 2, 3 at Vallelunga.
