F.4 Italia - MagioneDrudi gets close to podium finish

In the first days of August, the F.4 Italia Championship went on-track in Umbria at Magione. The drivers of Malta Racing and F&M, whose cars are prepared by Target Racing, made good display of their skills in qualifying. Mattia Drudi scored third place twice while Zachary Dante hit the top 10. Indian Mahaveer Raghunathan also inched closer to the front with an 11th and a 12th place, while Keith Camilleri was forced to miss the round.

In the three races, the most impressive man was Drudi from Malta Racing, who scored three fourth places and clinched the top-5 in the championship standings. Drudi proved aggressive and eager to fight especially in Race 1. He's establishing his name among the series' brightest stars.

The Magione weekend also delivered more good surprises for Roberto Venieri and his squad. Giovanni Altoè, who was locked to the lower part of the charts in the previous races, managed to make a great step toward the front: despite retiring in the first race, he took 13th in Race 1 and 11th in Race 2. Dante also showed an aggressive attitude. After ending up Race 1 in 16th, he took a 15th and a 12th place. Unfortunately, after his good showing in qualifying, Raghunathan didn't repeat during the races, hovering at the back of the pack.
