After having ended its summer break, the World Series Renault 3.5 was back on-track for its 7th round at Silverstone, where 130.000 people filled the grandstands over the weekend. For BVM Target, the British weekend of the championship hasn't been a particularly lucky one as both drivers Sergio Canamasas and Daniel Zampieri struggled to get good performances from practice. They also fought in the midpack in both qualifying sessions and during the races. As opposed to Budapest, where Canamasas held on to the pole and the team scored a lot of valuable point, the Romagna-based squad faced more troubles. In race 1, Canamasas scored one point by ending into the top-10, while Zampieri retired with a chronic lack of speed. In race 2, the Italian ended up in 15th and Canamasas in 21th.
