The Monza weekend of the Italian GT Sprint Championship will not be quickly forgotten by Target Racing. It was a fantastic season finale for Roberto Venieri's team, which clinched the Italian GT Cup title with Andrea Fontana, at the wheel of a Lamborghini. The great journey concluded in the best possible way, with Target confirming its position among the most successful teams of recent years.

Fontana, paired with Alessandro Mainetti, finished the first race in second place and the final race in third, results that allowed him to reach a total of 81 points versus the 73 of his rivals Ianniello and Viglietti.  Sadly, Mainetti, who missed the two Imola races due to an accident in qualifying, was unable to share the Italian title, finishing the season with 71 points. But this does not take away his invaluable support for Fontana and the team, which considers him an equal co-champion.

Target then celebrated Hullin Han's two victories in the AM category of the GT3 championship. A remarkable performance from the Chinese driver, who finished 11th and 13th overall in the Ferrari 296. Han's two victories secured second place in the AM championship, where he has 111 points, just 6 points behind winners Cassarà and Clemente.
