Target Racing ready for Super Trofeo Lamborghini opener

Target Racing is ready to fire up again. The Ravenna-based team, which underwent a long period of preparation, will be on-track this weekend for the first round of the 2020 Super Trofeo Lamborghini. Target Racing will field three cars: the #9 will be for the PRO pairing of Kevin Rossel and Alberto Di Folco, the #41 car will be for another PRO duo consisting on Raul Guzman and Milos Pavlovic, while the #53 car will be entered in the AM class for Massimo Mantovani.

A Danish driver, Rossel, is a new addition to the team and is making his Super Trofeo debut.  He is the reigning National Super GT champion. In 2017, he scored a prestigious second place in the GT4 European Series at Misano. Di Folco run in Super Trofeo Lamborghini 2015 with Raton and with Target last year. Andrea was also protagonist in the International GT Open 2018-2019 and in the Blancpain GT Endurance 2019 with Raton by Target. Guzman and Pavlovic, are two welcomed returns. The young Mexican raced for Target in the 2015 and 2016 Italian Formula 4 Championship, securing third place in 2016, while the experienced Serbian took Target Racing to the Italian F3 title in 2002. Italian Mantovani is lining-up with the team for the first time. He is a long-time competitor in GT racing.
