The drivers line-up for the 2003 F.3 Italian Championship is now complete with Omar Galeffi, that will race with a Dallara F303-Opel alongside Fausto Ippoliti. Galeffi already raced with Target in the Pau International Grand Prix in 1999, when he started in front row.
