BVM Target was poised to experience a really positive weekend at Varano in the Italian Formula 3 Championship, as three proved to be the lucky number of Salvatore Cicatelli on the Emilian racetrack. After taking a double Row 2 inside spot in qualifying, the Italian took third place at the end of both races, sweeping the third spot in standings. These excellent results rewarded the team, able to reverse what appeared like a tough starting situation. On Race 1, Cicatelli ended up on the podium after profiting from the retirement of Edoardo Piscopo, while on Race 2 he took the spot with a brilliant start and consolidated the growth of BVM Target by keeping the same position easily through the checkered flag.
